Ben Frederick III, CCIM is a third-generation real estate professional, following in the footsteps of his grandfather, who began working in Baltimore’s real estate industry in 1904.  Ben learned appraisal and valuation techniques from his father, an MAI appraiser, and ran the family’s property management during a 10-year span before starting his own business in September 2000.  Committed to the real estate industry, Ben has served in numerous leadership positions with the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors, the Property Owners Association of Greater Baltimore, and the Maryland Multi Housing Association.  Ben has been a leading Realtor® in the sale of apartments and commercial-investment real estate in Baltimore for more than 35 years.

Eugene O’Dunne and his father built and developed apartment communities in Baltimore in the 1950’s and 1960’s with Eugene handling many of the day-to-day management and maintenance responsibilities.  After retiring from his family’s business holdings, Eugene has been an integral part of the BFR team helping residents secure really nice rental apartment homes.  Many of our favorable reviews can be attributed to the responsive and excellent service Eugene provides.
